Year 3
During World Mental Health Day, Year 3 thought about how their mental health could be affected by negative thoughts, so we made 'Positive Thought Caps' to help cheer us up and motivate us.
We also thought about how our words can affect someone's mental health, so we wrote an anonymous 'Note of Kindness' to a member of the class for them to read at home in private.
